National EDucational Virtual Training Day

Join us on Friday, September 22th from 11:00 am - 6:30 pm EST for a full-day event that brings together experts from diverse fields in the treatment of eating disorders. The training focuses on topics including how nutrition affects the brain in eating disorders; the dangerous intersection of negative body image, social media, the diet industry, and eating disorders; size bias and eating disorder recovery; and integration of sexuality in eating disorder treatment. The training day will encompass four workshops with continuing education opportunities for psychologists, master's level licensed clinicians, social workers, and registered dietitians/nutritionists. The training is also open to students, recent graduates, and medical practitioners who are wanting to learn more and expand their skill set. Attendees will be eligible to receive up to 6.0 CE hours. (Please see CE Info tab for more information on who is eligible to receive CE credit.)
